Alternatively payment can be made by cheque payable to: Fiona Hewett, and sent to: Lynvale, Mousehole Lane, Mousehole, Penzance, Cornwall, TR19 6TS. If you pay by cheque, confirmation details will be sent by email.
Beginning of your stay. Lynvale will be ready at 4pm. The key will be in the key safe and you will have the code when the balance is paid six weeks before the start of your stay.
End of your stay. Guests are asked to leave by 10am. Please leave the house clean and tidy. The vacuum cleaner is in the kitchen cupboard and other cleaning materials are under the sink.
Recycling and Rubbish. Our green rubbish bin and wooden recycling box are situated on the drive. The green bin is emptied on a Wednesday and I usually take it to the main road in time to be emptied (usually Tuesday evening). Recycling bags are emptied fortnightly and similarly will be taken to the road to be emptied.
PLEASE NOTE: A charge will be made if the house requires extra cleaning. A charge is also made for unreasonable damage or loss incurred during your stay.
Cancellation If written notice of cancellation is received six weeks before the commencement date of the booking, the deposit will be returned. If cancellation is received within six weeks of the booking commencement date, you will forfeit your deposit and be liable to pay the full rent unless the house is re-let.
Availability At any point during the booking process, should the house not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee to find alternative accommodation. In such a case, all sums will be returned in full, but you will have no further claim against us.
Non Smoking Lynvale does not permit smoking in the house, please ensure all cigarette debris is not left in the garden but disposed of in the correct waste disposal.
Age The booking can only be made by a person over the age of 18, who will be responsible for this contract of renting the house Lynvale for the period booked. There must be at least one guest over the age of 18 staying in the property throughout the booking.

Short Breaks
(three nights minimum) available outside peak weeks. Price available on request.
Reduced Occupancy Rate
Discounts for smaller groups (up to 4 people) are available outside peak weeks. Price available on request.
*Advance Bookings
£50 reduction and complimentary bottle of Prosecco with bookings made before 1st January 2019.
Applies to full weeks with full occupancy.
**Winter Warmers
January, February, March 20% reduction.
Applies to full weeks.

Booking Form
After your chosen dates and details have been submitted we will send you a PayPal invoice for your deposit.
Note your booking is only reserved for 7 days and confirmed once the deposit is received. Should the deposit not be forthcoming the dates will be released.
The owner will invoice for the balance of rental which is due 6 weeks before your holiday dates, or sooner if a late booking upon receipt of the full rent, further details concerning the house and key collection will be sent via email or letter one week before your holiday.
